- Do I need an account to play?
- Not at all. Jump in as a guest right now. Sign up later if you want your stats and streak to follow you across devices.
- Is the word different for each puzzle size?
- Yes. The 3, 4, 5, and 6 letter games each have their own word of the day and their own leaderboard.
- Can I play more than one size the same day?
- Yes. With one account you can play all four the same day without any of them getting in each other's way.
- What happens if I get stuck?
- Use your one free hint for the day. If you are still stuck, finish the game and you will see the answer with its definition.
- Is my information private?
- The leaderboard never shows your full email, just a display name or a masked one. Guest play is tracked anonymously per browser, never by IP address.
- What are the colour themes?
- Classic, a Matrix console look, and Light, all picked from the menu. Colour blind mode always overrides tile colours, whatever theme you are using.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. It is a website built mobile first, no app to install.
- Can I turn sound on?
- Yes. Sounds and haptics in the menu add short tones and, on Android, vibration. Both are off until you turn them on.
